- Pulp 16oz Can$5.00
IPA / 6.9% ABV - Juicy IPA with a lean and simple malt profile, medium body and all Citra hops to make it the orange juice of beers [hops: Citra]
- Death Will Tremble Russian Imperial Stout$10.00
A new release in the Way Back Series. What is this Way Back Series? you may be asking, well, about 15 years ago every craft brewery made a barleywine, a plain imperial stout, and a handful of other imperialized styles, none of these beers had crazy ingredients, and nowadays they have gone the way of the buffalo and can hardly be found. So we're going to bring them back in all of their unappreciated glory.
- Crowded Lonely Night Quadrupel Ale$10.00
Belgian Quadrupel Ale / 10% ABV - A delicious and complex recollection of times passed; the apex of every Belgian line-up, this Belgian Dark Strong Ale is brewed with utter hubris alongside Belgian candi sugars, barley, and hops.

- Hills & Valleys 16oz Can$4.00
American Pilsner / 5.0% ABV - Crisp, clean, and crackery with complex classic lager notes and aromas of peony petals, toasted crackers, fresh hay, and white peach skins.
- Radios & Rodeos 16oz Can$4.00
American Lager / 4.8% ABV - We're kind of nerding out on the lack of ability to nerd out on this style. That's not to say that the classic American Lager isn't a great style, we absolutely love Lager in all forms, but a classic American Lager is one of those styles where every little flaw screams to the heavens like Sam Kinnison on a booger sugar binge; but when cared for like an injured bird, and coddled day by day, you can get these Lagers to be simply incredible. Packed to the brim with subtleties and nuance Radios & Rodeos is about as crispy as a Lager can get with a mild graininess and hint of sweetness on the palate that dissipates with with every little explosion of Co2 on your taste buds, unlocking more subdued notes of white pepper, corn flakes, juniper leaf, magnolia blossoms, cheerios, and Americana.
- Triumph & Tragedy 16oz Can$4.00
Irish Red Lager / 5.3% ABV - Notes of toasted soda bread, overpriced toffee, roasted cereal grains, and a light floral hop bouquet.
- Timing & Structure 16oz Can$4.00
German Pilsner / 5.3% ABV - While fresh and lively, this beer has a distinct noble hop aroma and moderate bitterness to balance out the perceived sweet notes from the German Pilsner malt. In the case of Timing & Structure we use a restrained amount of noble hops to kick up notes of fresh cut grass, orange blossom, and birch bark; dancing in perfect harmony with mild honey, hazelnut, and bready notes from the German Pilsner malt.

- Farmhouse Wheat 16oz Can$4.50
Saison / 5.0% ABV - This wheat-heavy Saison features abundant malted and flaked wheat, complemented by citrus and hay-like esters from our original house yeast, now improved with Berkeley Yeast. This sessionable yet complex Farmhouse Ale carries notes of fresh hay, lemon peel, white pepper, and a touch of magnolia, with light hopping for a grassy character and a refreshing lemonade kick, inspired by French and Belgian Farmhouse ales.
- Olyvia 16oz Can$4.50
Belgian Pale Ale / 5.8% ABV - Our take on a true classic, Olyvia is simple but void of any cut corners. Its ingredient list is simple; the best Pale Ale malt Belgium has to offer, a light dusting of two of the most classic European noble hops ever, and our favorite Trappist yeast to produce notes of pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and hints of pepper and biscuit. While often playing second fiddle to the more popular Belgian Golden Strong Pale Ales, the simple Belgian Pale Ale is maybe one of the greatest styles of beer in history; popping off all of the same esters and flavors that Belgium made famous but more sessionable.
- Madalynn 16oz Can$4.50
Belgian Dubbel / 7.7% ABV - Soft yeast driven aromas of black currants and grilled pears followed by flavors of dates, dutch cocoa, sweet malts, burnt sugar, palo santo wood, and spicy noble hops.
- Adrianne 16oz Can$4.50
*Belgian Tripel / 9.5% ABV - Dry and crushable while also remaining complex and loaded with alcohol. Simple floral aromas trace this beer start to finish.

IPA / 6.9% ABV - Super bright and juicy with notes of sweet orange juice, meyer lemon zest, and mango sorbet. [hops: Citra, Idaho7]

Way Back Bottle Series
- Wrapt In Warm Flannel Wee Heavy$10.00
Remember about 15 years ago when breweries regularly made robust Stouts, Barleywines, and a handful of other imperialized styles without crazy ingredients? Nowadays they've gone the way of the buffalo and can hardly be found. Not ones to be fazed by passing trends, we're proudly resurrecting that grand tradition with our new Way Back Series. In the coming months, prepare yourself for the arrival of a series of high-ABV beers in all of their unappreciated glory, each presented in the timeless elegance of a 500ml bottle. Wee Heavy / 11.0% ABV - Wrapt in a Warm Flannel is more Scottish than a headbutt on a rainy day; this lightly peated Scotch Ale uses a blend of malts from Scotland and England along with a long boil to create a mildly smoky mass of malty complexity.

Sour - To Go Crowlers
- Fog Ripper 32oz Crowler$13.00
Tropical Sour Ale / 5.2% ABV - From atop our brewery's roof, if the sun shines hard enough to burn away the bay's semi-permanent blanket of fog, we are gifted beautiful views of sailboats dancing across the San Francisco Bay. Daydreams of what it's like to be on one of those boats float through our heads as sweat from the brew day drips to the ground. All the perfect people are relaxing starboard side and enjoying their brightly colored tiki drinks and listening to their fancy Spotify Premium, while footed on solid ground we'll soon be alleviating the heat with some Fog Ripper and unnecessarily loud in app ads. Inspired by a blend of various tiki drinks, most notably the Zombie, Fog Ripper is sour to the point of mouth puckering delight and packed to the gills with notes of passion fruit, red sour cherries, oranges, and limes; resulting in an over the top fruity Catamaran of a sour beer that sails across your palate leaving only tart and juicy greatness in its wake.
- Salted Seabreeze 32oz Crowler$13.00
Gose / 4.8% ABV - There was about a 5 month period where Gose had its moment in the sun, everything was coming up Milhouse for the tart, salty style, and refreshing style; and then out of nowhere, like it was impersonating Hoffa, Gose disappeared without a trace. Always being ones to swim against the current, we're not leaving Gose to fade away in our quiver of Sours. For the Salted Seabreeze rendition we brewed up a fairly traditional Gose and fermented it loads of grapefruit and cranberries to compliment the tart and salty base that makes this Sour style stand out all on its own; with refreshing and effervescent notes of fresh sourdough bread, sea salt, lemon peel, and the classic flavors of a Seabreeze cocktail [hops: Grapefruit, Cranberries, French Grey Sea Salt]
