Feb 22 - Barrel-Aged Beer Releases

Feb 24 - Pizza Party!

Feb 26 - Fieldwork x The Cheese Parlor: A Guided Beer & Cheese Pairing Experience

Join us for a guided beer & cheese pairing with Brewmaster Alex Tweet & Brandon Wood of The Cheese Parlor. This intimate sit-down event will feature five expertly curated pairings, where hand-selected cheeses meet world-class craft beer for the ultimate flavor exploration. Expect a mix of styles—crisp lagers or sours, a hazy IPA, a West Coast IPA, and a bold dark beer to close things out—each thoughtfully paired to highlight and enhance the nuances of both beer and cheese.

We’re partnering with our friends at SoDo Donuts for a special Beer Week 2025 beer and donut showcase. Expect gloriously fresh sourdough donuts crafted to pair perfectly with our lineup—think flavor combos that highlight each other’s best traits. We’ll have curated beer flights ready to match every sweet creation, so you can savor the full mind-blowing synergy. Not feeling the pairing? No worries. You can totally crush your donuts solo or enjoy the beers on their own—no judgment from us. But trust us, once you experience a donut and beer double whammy, it’s hard to go back.
