Join our team at Fieldwork Brewing Company’s Mission Rock location,
situated along the scenic San Francisco waterfront, just steps from Oracle Park.
We serve guests visiting the neighborhood and fans
gathering before and after San Francisco Giants games.
Our space offers Fieldwork’s fresh craft beer
alongside a flexible and shareable all-day food menu.

  • Our kitchen features a curated lineup of shareable plates, seasonal salads, and composed entrées suitable for any time of day.
  • Our menu complements our rotating beer selection while ensuring speed, quality, and consistency in a high-volume environment.

We are seeking a who will bring structure, accountability, and positive leadership to our culinary program. You will collaborate closely with taproom leadership and regional operations to shape the experience at one of Fieldwork’s most exciting locations.


  • : Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and adherence to Fieldwork standards.
  • : Hire, train, coach, and develop line cooks and dishwashers with clear expectations and active leadership.
  • : Execute food preparation and service with an emphasis on quality, timing, and presentation.
  • : Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and food cost controls.
  • : Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including required logs and procedures.
  • : Work with the General Manager and Regional Kitchen Manager on labor forecasting, scheduling, and financial targets.
  • : Ensure recipe adherence, portion control, and consistent menu execution.
  • : Conduct performance check-ins, evaluations, and provide corrective coaching when necessary.
  • : Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs or maintenance with vendors.
  • : Assist with special events, high-volume game days, and company initiatives.

  • : 3+ years of kitchen leadership or management experience (brewery, pizzeria, or high-volume restaurant preferred).
  • : Experience with kitchen equipment, specifically:
  • : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain kitchen teams.
  • : Strong understanding of food cost, labor management, and inventory control.
  • : Comfortable working the line and leading by example.
  • : Organized and operationally focused.
  • : Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and California health code requirements.
  • : California Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • : Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • : Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required.
