The Role
We’re looking for energetic, guest-focused Fieldwork Associates who thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. If you love craft beer, enjoy great food, and take pride in anticipating guest needs before they even ask, this might be the role for you. Food prep experience is strongly desired as our location features fresh salads, pizzas, and shareable bites to complement our beer.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality.

  • Guide customers through our beer menu and make recommendations.

  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy.

  • Assist in food preparation and maintain high food safety standards.

  • Keep the location clean, stocked, and inviting.

  • Set up and break down the location daily.

  • Restock merchandise and maintain displays.

  • Stay current on our rotating beer lineup.

  • Follow all alcohol service and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced setting.

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.

  • Food prep/handling experience preferred.

  • Passion for hospitality (beer knowledge a plus, but not required).

  • Must be 21+ years old with a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays).

  • RBS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred.

  • Ability to stand/move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation
$19.18/hr + tips
