At Fieldwork, we don’t just serve beer—we create memorable experiences.

Our Sacramento Taproom is located in the heart of Midtown’s Handle District, serving an extensive lineup of fresh craft beer alongside our Neapolitan- and Detroit-style pizzas. We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-driven individuals to join our team as Part-Time Taproom Associates with potentially more hours becoming available based on business demand/performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Hourly Pay: $16.50 + pooled tips (average earnings range available upon request)

• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver outstanding service by greeting guests, taking orders, running food & drinks, and ensuring every guest has a great experience.
• Know our beer & menu – educate guests and confidently make recommendations.
• Stay engaged & proactive – anticipate guest needs, clear tables, restock, and assist teammates.
• Handle transactions & open/close tabs using our POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness & organization of the taproom at all times.
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and enforce ABC laws.
• Work as a team to create a positive, fast-paced, and professional atmosphere.

What You Need to Bring:

✅ 21+ years old
✅ Experience in hospitality, restaurant, brewery, or winery settings preferred (but not required)
✅ Valid food handler’s card & RBS certification (or willingness to obtain)
✅ Ability to lift 25-50 lbs, stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
✅ Comfortable working in a high-energy, guest-focused environment
