One of our favorite hop combos to use for Westcoast beers is Mosaic and Krush; so why not apply those two hops, in every form possible to a TDH Hazy IPA. Universal Chaos is just as velvety and cloudy as our everyday IPAs, but is balanced out with its huge dry-hopping, and a hefty load of hops and DynaBoost in the whirlpool. What you end up with is an insanely pungent and quaffable IPA dripping with notes of fresh papaya, mango sorbet, passion fruit, juicy grapefruit, white wine grapes, summer melons, tropical fruit puree, blueberries, guava, and a pinch of pine needles. Thunderground uses its massive hopping to create not just intensity, but complexity, starting with massive notes of juicy mango, orange marmalade, tangerine juice, lemon zest, and pineapple rings, then layering in notes of yellow peaches, nectarines, and apricots, and finally finishing with notes of coconut paletas, american oak, and sticky Northern Lights.
